International Air Mail rates prior to 1947 were complex. On January 17, 1947, the Post Office simplified the rates for its Air Mail Services by creating destination Zones. The rates (excluding Europe) are presented in this table:

  1. The mail may be transmitted within Australia or internationally. It could be shipped on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. If a customer is expecting a rather crucial Mail redirection service Australia correspondence, he then may easily get in contact with the service provider and authorize them to open, scan, and email the significant letter.
